We do NOT store payment data (card numbers, CVC, etc.). All financial operations are processed via Stripe.

1.4. Technical Data:

  • Non-global aggregated information about site usage.

2. How We Use Your Data

  • Process payments via Stripe.
  • Provide access to purchased digital products.
  • Ensure the operation of author projects.

  • Moderate and verify content to ensure it does not violate our rules and Stripe policies.

3. Payments and Stripe

All payments are made via Stripe.

We do not store financial data on our servers.

4. Public Display of Support

5. Author Content and Moderation

We perform basic moderation of content created by project authors to ensure it complies with:

  • Donaboon's internal policy.
  • Stripe rules regarding prohibited goods and services.

Content containing the following is prohibited:

  • Pornography.
  • Materials that may be fraudulent.
  • Illegal or dangerous materials.
  • Prohibited digital goods.
  • Copyright infringement.

Authors are solely responsible for the content, description, and quality of their digital products. Donaboon has the right to remove or block any content that contradicts our rules.

6. Data Retention

We retain data only to the extent necessary for:

  • Providing services.
  • Fulfilling legal obligations.
  • Accounting.
  • Technical support.
  • Fraud prevention.

Upon your request, we can delete personal data if its retention is not legally required.

6.1. Account Deletion and Data Removal

You may delete your account in one of the following ways:

  • Account Settings (Soft Deletion).

Use the account deletion option in your account settings. Your account will no longer be visible or accessible to other users; however, certain data may be retained for financial, legal, and accounting purposes (e.g., transaction history).

  • Contact Request (Full Deletion).

Contact us using the details provided in this Privacy Policy and request full account deletion. In this case, we will permanently delete your account and personal data, except where retention is required by law.
